Greenlight is a service of Etcetera Brands LLC ("we"). By booking a Greenlight Report you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
A Greenlight Report is a written feasibility assessment for building an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on one property. It is based on a site visit, drone photographs and measurements, and public records and rules in effect on the date of the report. It is research and advice. It is not architecture or engineering, it is not a licensed land survey, and it is not a construction bid. We do not perform, manage or contract for construction.
Estimates
Budget ranges and timelines in the report are estimates for planning. Actual costs and timelines depend on design choices, contractor pricing, city review and conditions not visible during the visit, such as underground lines or soil.
Access
You confirm you own the property or have the owner's permission for us to visit it and photograph it by drone. Drone flights follow FAA rules; if airspace rules prevent a flight at your address, we photograph and measure from the ground and tell you in the report.
Refunds
If you don't think your report was worth what you paid, email hello@greenlightadu.com within 30 days of receiving it and we will refund the full amount. You keep the report. If we cannot complete a visit to your property for any reason, we refund you in full.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to a report is limited to the amount you paid for it.
